Jeff Harbert is an Engagement Partner at GlassHouse Technologies. Dennis Martin is the founder and President of Demartek, a computer industry analyst organization with its own test lab. Dennis has been working in the Information Technology industry for more than twenty-eight years, primarily involved in software development and project management in mainframe, UNIX, and Windows environments. Terri McClure

Michael Passe

Michael Passe has more than seventeen years of industry experience supporting distributed computing and storage infrastructure. As Storage Architect for Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, he leads efforts to create, plan and manage the ever growing storage footprint of BIDMC. Major projects include implementation of a multi-tiered storage architecture built on EMC hardware, which is now being expanded to include private cloud storage, and migration from past backup software to a new environment, which leverages disk exclusively.

Michael also engages in long term capacity planning for the storage needs of the organization, focusing on issues of storage migration for technology refreshment. Prior to joining CareGroup, Michael was a Network Specialist at Boston University, and a Network Architect at Xerotex in Newark, New Jersey. Michael has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a specialization in Computer Engineering.
